Refund policy

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: undamaged, unmodified, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If any unauthorized alterations are found to have been made to the item, the return will be refused.

Please note:

  • If you buy the wrong item, change your mind, or fail to check the part number, you may return the item at your own expense. Refunds will be issued within 1-2 working days after the part is returned.

  • Unwanted orders will incur a 25% charge to cover carrier fees. This also includes failed deliveries after 3 attempts or refused orders at the point of delivery. This does not apply to faulty products.

To start a return, contact us at isparts@mail.com. Returns should be sent to the following address: Lydney Industrial Estate, 143C Harbour Rd, Lydney GL15 4EJ. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or lost in transit. Faulty or damaged items will be replaced free of charge. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

Warranty

All items come with a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers the supplied part(s) only and expressly excludes:

  • Any consequential loss.

  • Fitting or labor charges.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at isparts@mail.com.

Additional Notes

  • Items must be installed or fitted correctly by qualified professionals where applicable.

  • Refunds for products returned due to buyer error will not include the original shipping fee.
